Lessons take about forty minutes and do not require anything other than a stress-free environment for both pupil and teacher. Using a setting that is familiar to you makes it much easier to transfer what has been learned to your day-to-day routine.

It may therefore be more convenient for us to come to you, whether for Alexander Technique in Glasgow or further afield.
