About flowcoach

'flowcoach' is how I see my role teaching Alexander Technique in Glasgow (I do home visits much further afield!); I coach people how to relieve themselves from discomfort, stress or pain.

The result is frequently described in terms of lightness, spaciousness and 'flow'.
